01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from wild-elegance.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. Wild Elegance reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
02Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Wild Elegance reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
03Order Process
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
04Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for orders above $5,000. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Instalment payment (3×) is available on orders above $500, interest-free.
05Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs delays, carrier issues, etc.). Wild Elegance is not liable for delays caused by third parties. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation. Free standard delivery is available on all orders over $300.
06Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Limited edition and made-to-order items are strictly final sale. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
07Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photography, copy, logos, design, and product imagery — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wild Elegance and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
08Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. All data collected (name, email, order history) is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use minimal anonymised analytics to improve the site experience. By using our site, you consent to this limited data use. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Elegance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
10Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
